Plasma Plastik

Our company, which was established in Gebze Güzeller Organized Industrial Zone in 2014 for the purpose of manufacturing plastic injection moulds and plastic injection parts in the automotive sector, continues its manufacturing activities with an open area of 3300 m² and a closed area of 7000 m².

Our company serves the domestic and international markets in the automotive, air conditioning, electrical and medical sectors.

There are 27 injection machines with a capacity of 100 tons to 1600 tons in our machine park. 4 of them are electric injection machines that produce better quality output by applying mass production and controlled power. All of our machines produce with robots.

Production Technology & R&D

Plasma Plastik uses the INFOR ERP Enterprise Resource Planning Management System to manage all production and non-production data in an efficient and integrated structure. Real-time Q2 Data Collection System integrated with ERP is used in the production area.

As Plasma Plastik, we also provide mould design, manufacturing and modification services. Periodic measurements are performed 24 hours / 3 shifts by our quality assurance technicians.

PLASMALAB

Quality – Our laboratory performs density, melt flow index (MFI), additive content (ash content determination), color, precision weight, surface roughness, microscopic camera inspections, and 2D dimensional measurements. With our measurement infrastructure, which includes calipers, height gauges, digital indicators, Danchi measuring instruments, triangular rulers, radius gauges, feeler gauge sets, gloss meters, handheld force gauges (dynamometers), and torque measuring devices, we reliably verify the quality and technical requirements of our products.
